Designed specifically for students from the third cycle of primary school through the end of secondary school, this educational activity combines an outdoor guided tour of the Citadelle and an immersive workshop inside the fortress.
Students will be transported into the past through captivating stories, significant historical facts, and anecdotes that highlight the Citadelle's role as the most important British fortress in North America.

To prepare for your visit, we offer an educational kit titled A British Citadel in Quebec. It is designed to be completed as part of a 75-minute theoretical lesson and aligns with various programs from the Ministry of Education. The kit is divided into 3 activities, allowing you to adapt it to your group and needs, and prepares students for their visit. In the various folders, you will find "teacher's guides" containing discussion points, answers, and additional information to provide you with the necessary tools to implement the kit in the classroom.
