Specially designed for students from the third cycle of primary school through to the end of secondary school, this educational activity combines an outdoor guided tour of La Citadelle with an immersive workshop inside the fortress.
Students will be transported back in time with captivating stories, historical highlights and anecdotes that highlight La Citadelle's role as the most important British fortress in North America.

Educational kit
In preparation for your visit, we offer an educational kit entitled A British Citadel in Quebec City. It is designed to be carried out as part of a 75-minute theory course, and is compatible with various Ministry of Education programs. The kit is divided into 3 activities, allowing you to adapt it to your group and your needs, and prepares students for their visit. In the various folders, you'll find "teacher's guides" containing food for thought, answers and additional information to give you the tools you need to carry out the kit in the classroom.
